Who We Are

Based in Central Texas, The Raven Review is a literary magazine that publishes poetry and short fiction that explores the human experience through dark, atmospheric writing.  Since January 2020, the magazine has been publishing both seasoned and newbie writers with the explicit goal of helping them gain exposure. The Raven Review publishes a new issue every quarter.

Founding Editor & Poetry Reader
Rachel is the founding editor of The Raven Review, and she makes the poetry selections for each issue. She holds a master's degree in English, and she currently tutors writing to college students. She loves reading, writing, and crocheting.

Fiction Reader
Seth makes the fiction selections for The Raven Review. He is an avid reader of science fiction, and he is currently attempting to read all of the sci-fi classics. He works in IT, and in his free time, he enjoys reading and playing video games with his friends.
